Distribution

Users pay the collective rights management organisations a remuneration for the utilisation of a work which must be distributed as quickly and fairly as possible to the rightholders.

The basis for this is established in the distribution regulations that are issued by the organs of the responsible society and must be approved by the supervisory authority.
